NewLeaf Partners, Inc was founded in 1999 by Sam Barcus, Patricia McCracken
and Andreas Goldmann. With over 80 collective years of executive and field
experience, the partners are seasoned veterans in sales, account management
and marketing communications for the telecommunications, high tech and
information technology industries. Despite a turbulent economic environment,
NewLeaf Partners has seen steady growth in both its client base and its membership.
With offices in the United States and European offices in Germany, the firm now
consists of a diverse, globally capable team of partners and principals.
Prior to the creation of NewLeaf Partners, Sam, Pat and Andreas founded NewLeaf
Consulting International, an independent consulting firm focused on helping
companies institutionalize change within their sales organizations.
Using the specific sales process chosen by their clients, NewLeaf Consulting worked
closely with their clients' organizations to implement the new sales process.
Through many years of watching organizations struggle with various sales processes,
the partners were able to learn first hand what worked and what didn't work.
NewLeaf Partners is an outgrowth of those lessons learned.
NewLeaf Partners works closely with companies to design and implement world class
account management organizations built around the concepts of consultative selling.
The emphasis is on sales and account management strategy, processes and competencies.
The overriding goal is to create and foster longterm, profitable customer relationships.
