The Loyalty NavigatorŪ is a consultative approach to account planning that helps you find, win and keep the right customers.
The Loyalty NavigatorŪ Workshop helps you create and communicate value that closely reflects customers' needs and value perceptions which contributes directly to building customer loyalty, which in turn, opens up new sales opportunities and increases share of wallet. The workshop is two days in length (or virtual equivalent) and can be modified to meet the needs of the team. It can also be adapted into a web based, instructor-led program.
